I'm a girl with broad interests - I like a little bit of this and a little bit of that.
Determination is an excellent concept, ambition is even better. My fancy for the two dictate my life. Still though, I will admit that my ego gets the better of me and I take myself as a far more intellectual, brilliant genius than I actually am. Consequently, I seize every opportunity (not that you shouldn't, because everyone should) - slim chance, fat chance - and encounter exorbitant amounts of botches, implosive misadventures, and failing rough-and-tumbles. I could very well be a dead soul by now. BUT, OPTIMISM TO THE RESCUE! It is honestly the only reason why I am alive and kicking (and also laughing!) today.
In this blog, you'll find the musings of a young lady as she skips, runs, and stumbles (even falling face-down) through life.
(That being said, I'm a student at the University of Texas at Austin and am majoring in Government, Rhetoric and Writing and tentatively Political Communication. Note that my numerous three majors partly have to do with the fact that I have many interests and am also incredibly indecisive. And that if I were going to take all those courses anyway, I might as well get the degrees for them!)
